Mr Reid took the chair and asked for nominations for Chairman. Mrs Mellor proposed Mr Robertson and was seconded by Ms Clouston. This was agreed unanimously and the chair was then taken by Mr Robertson.

In view of the fact that there were less than the nine members allowed for the Community Council Mr Robertson proposed that Mr Taylor should be co-opted onto the Community Council this was seconded by Mr Sikorski and agreed by the meeting.
